1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Digital Products: Delivered instantly or within 24 hours via email.
Physical Goods: Shipped Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Currently, Sharma Digital World ships to [List Countries, e.g., India only / Worldwide]. For international orders, please note that your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages & Issues

Sharma Digital World is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the fault lies with the carrier. However, we value our customers:

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
Take photos and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
